Harrow Tamil School Association collects this information to process your child’s enrolment, place them in the right class for their age, manage attendance and progress, safeguard students, and contact parents/guardians.

Lawful basis: we rely on our legitimate interests in running the school and on your consent where appropriate, together with our safeguarding and administrative responsibilities. We share data only where necessary — for example limited, aggregated reporting to our funders, or where we have a safeguarding or legal obligation. We will not contact your child’s mainstream school without your written permission. Your contact details are used internally for school administration, rehearsals, events and urgent communication.

Data is kept securely and is only accessible to authorised committee members. You may ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to any safeguarding or legal retention duties.

Your signature. The signature you type and draw below is collected only as proof of your declaration and consent as parent/guardian. We keep it with your application as evidence — we do not analyse it, match it, or use it to verify identity, and it is never shown publicly.
